How it works:

• Choose your products (Facial Hair, Beards, Weft Extensions and Wigs) from the collections in our catalogue if you do not find anything we can custom make to your design and styling specification.

• Indicate the date on which you require them.

• Fill out the contact form: to be contacted by one of our hair designers.

• Customized Size & Styling: A separate price list applies for any changes in terms of cut or color.

• Zero Risk: If you change your mind, there’s no charge! Upon return of the products, we accept a swap in less than 24HR period(with the warranty seal intact). 

• We take care of cleaning, punctual delivery, collection and rental time calculation. 

Some Useful information

• You can rent a product up to 6 months.

• We deliver throughout South Africa

• We produce tailored price quotes based on the requirements of our clients.

Returns procedure: 

• Carefully return the rented product(s) to the original packaging.

• Pay attention to the warranty label that was attached to the product at the time of delivery: once the seal has been removed, the rental will be charged in full.

• Ensure that the packaging is properly sealed: the courier will not accept parcels that have not been packaged properly.

• Attach the return form sent to you via email included in your package.

• In the event of any accidental stains and/or minor damage, do not take action.
