Refund and Returns Policy

At Reveal U, we take pride in providing high-quality wigs, hairpieces, and related products. To ensure a smooth experience, please review our returns and refund guidelines below:

Returns

Due to the personal and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns once a wig or hairpiece has been shipped, delivered, or collected. This includes both ready-to-ship and custom wigs.

Refunds

Refunds will only be considered if Reveal U is at fault, such as:

  • Incorrect product sent

  • Defective or damaged items upon delivery

All complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or collection.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Late collection or failure to collect

  • Customer storage, handling, or transport issues

Deposits & Cancellations

  • Deposits paid for custom orders are non-refundable.

  • Orders cancelled less than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection are not eligible for a refund.
