Returns
Due to the personal and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns once a wig or hairpiece has been shipped, delivered, or collected. This includes both ready-to-ship and custom wigs.
Refunds
Refunds will only be considered if Reveal U is at fault, such as:

Defective or damaged items upon delivery
All complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or collection.

Deposits & Cancellations

Deposits paid for custom orders are non-refundable.

Orders cancelled less than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection are not eligible for a refund.
